Assurance
Large technology programmes fail slowly, then suddenly. The signals are usually visible early — in the architecture, the sequencing, the assumptions nobody has re-tested — to someone independent enough to say so.
Taui provides that independence. We review strategy, architecture and programme design before commitment, and delivery while it is still cheap to change course. We have no delivery arm to sell, so our advice does not come with a follow-on workforce attached.
What we do
- Independent review of IT and digital strategy: is it coherent, costed, and anchored in the actual estate?
- Architecture review of solutions and programmes — before the business case locks in, and at the gates that matter.
- Programme design and execution assurance: sequencing, dependencies, cutover and continuity risk.
- Point-in-time health checks when a programme feels wrong and the board wants an outside view.
When to call us
- A major investment decision rests on a technical case nobody on the board can independently test.
- A programme is amber and trending, and internal reporting keeps explaining rather than resolving it.
- A vendor or integrator proposal needs a second opinion from someone with no stake in the outcome.
- A regulator, funder, or audit committee expects independent assurance over technology delivery.
