Taui is an independent architecture and modernisation practice based in Australia. It is small. The person you meet in the first conversation is the person whose judgement you are engaging. Where an engagement needs more hands, we bring in specialists we have worked with before, but the accountability never moves.
Hamish Lamont
Founder and Principal
Hamish is an enterprise and programme architect who has worked in the application estates of asset-intensive businesses in rail, ports, logistics and utilities. His work includes strategy, portfolio assessment and architecture leadership on major programmes.
That includes leading the IT separation of a national rail and ports group into two standalone companies, modernisation work across utility meter-to-cash estates, and current portfolio and obsolescence work with rail infrastructure operators.
How we work
We take on a small number of engagements at a time, and only work we are genuinely suited to. We are independent of vendors and integrators: we do not resell software, we do not take referral fees, and where a Taui product is relevant to an advisory engagement we say so up front.
